At KALM SKIN, we want you to love what you receive. If a product isn’t the right fit, we offer a smooth and transparent return process.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.

• Once we receive and inspect the return, a refund or replacement will be processed within 5–7 business days.

• Return shipping costs may apply unless the product arrived damaged or incorrect.

• For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used skincare items cannot be accepted for return.
